Summer Sailstice At Yaquina Bay Yacht Club
Summer Boating is getting underway! Celebrate summer with Yaquina Bay Yacht Club.
Sailstice this year will be on June 21st, 2025 and we will be taking people out for free sailboat rides,
conditions permitting.
We will open the YBYC clubhouse (750 Bay Rd, Newport, OR) on June 21st at 11:30 am for free sailing
signups. (Weather and tide conditions permitting.)
Coastguard approved lifejackets are always required on the boats. YBYC has loaner lifejackets.
Come support YBYC sailing programs and join us as we share our love of sailing and festivities with the
community!
Members of the public attending will have an opportunity to join YBYC for a reduced
price. Please see our information on club Membership.
